Safeguarding Course

I just wanted to say what a wonderful course last night was.

I usually dread Safeguarding courses.... Last night was full of relevant information, a bit of discussion and useful handouts.... the content has never been as good as last night.

Many thanks to you and all the trainers...

Dear Sefton Play Council

Just wanted to tell you that my staff thought the forest training yesterday was great and they can't wait to start using some of the ideas with the children.

Dear Sefton Play Council

Thank you very much for your involvement during the summer for the Playin' Out Project. During the five weeks of sessions we had over 110 children access the project which was enhanced by your support.

Some of the activities we were able to offer included archery, willow weaving, rope making, bird watching, kite flying, street and hip-hop dancing, treasure hunts, various sports games, daisy chain making and den building along with play activities Dave and Aly supervised.

Please pass on my thanks to Dave and Aly for their kind cooperation and enthusiastic contribution.

We look forward to working with you in the future

Yours faithfully

All Saints Children's Centre

Dear Sefton Play Council

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful service All Saints Children's Centre received from the play council during the summer holidays.

It was the first time the majority of our children had engaged with natural play and they were enthralled throughout the whole session. They particularly enjoyed working under the tent on the school field and several of the children even brought some of their necklaces into school to share with their class.

The organisation of the event was perfect and the resources available helped the sessions become successful. You engaged with children very well, even the challenging ones!!

Once again I would like to thank you for the sessions and look forward to working with you in the October half term.

Yours sincerely

Jackie Taylor

Extended Schools Manager
